About a year and a half ago, I contacted Boucher Lincoln in West Bend, WI to inquire about a used Lincoln Nautilus that they had listed for sale. I was connected to Eugene Sanchez. It was one of the Lincoln in West Bend, WI to inquire about a used Lincoln Nautilus that they had listed for sale. I was connected to Eugene Sanchez. It was one of the most comfortable and informative conversations about a vehicle that I ever had. Although my wife and I decided to buy a new vehicle as opposed to used at that time, I just knew that one day I’d purchase a vehicle from Eugene and Boucher Lincoln. Yesterday was that day. I contacted Eugene again and the process was in motion. The process of purchasing a vehicle can be daunting but Eugene made it very comfortable and informative. He truly is one of the nicest people I have ever met. We had lots of laughs. When it came time to discuss the fun part……..price and payments…….I had several concerns and Eugene brought in Chris Flynn, their General manager, equally as nice and informative as Eugene. All I can say is we left the dealership that evening without feeling like “what have we done?” but with huge smiles on our faces!
