After meeting Alex we knew My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Alex while car shopping. We had been to several Automotive Dealer's in the area. After meeting Alex we knew where we would be buying our next car. We went for a test drive with Alex and he gave us 3 buying vs lease scenarios. He is extremely knowledgeable and opened my mind to think a little differently about lease vs purchase. The Dealership has a wonderful culture and all the people we came into contact with were professional, kind and no pressure. Great customer experience When your check engine light comes on, you assume it’s a minor fix. In my case, it turned out to be a major engine issue with coolant leaking into the When your check engine light comes on, you assume it’s a minor fix. In my case, it turned out to be a major engine issue with coolant leaking into the engine harness. This now entailed a major repair cost which I didn’t think based on a car with low mileage and not overused should have happened. With the help of the service department,they were able to work with Audi corporate to help alleviate this. The parts were covered by Audi and the repair was done at a fair price. Evan and Dimitra were great at supporting this issue through Audi. More
