This was the Best Car buying Experience we have ever had and we’ve been through several. Shana sat in the car with us and gave a great tutorial, answering all questions. We will need follow up as there is so much to learn. Evan talked us through all the finances and options, explaining everything and giving us time to think. Respectful and thoughtful interactions all the way through the process with no ultimatums or threatening timelines. Smiles and options were the pinnacles of this transaction. Their formula for true success is followed and not just words. As we sat and observed other interchanges we saw the same with others. Actions of GR 101 (Golden Rule) were certainly evident. We would highly recommend this dealership truly believing that the way we were treated was not just our luck, but this is the way they treat every customer.
