This was the Best Car buying Experience we have ever had and we’ve been through several. Zach, our sales person listened and went back to the table for us with no haggling or “Buts.” Fox cleaned the car be and we’ve been through several. Zach, our sales person listened and went back to the table for us with no haggling or “Buts.” Fox cleaned the car beautifully, removing all stickers. Shana sat in the car with us and gave a great tutorial, answering all questions. We will need follow up as there is so much to learn. Evan talked us through all the finances and options, explaining everything and giving us time to think. Respectful and thoughtful interactions all the way through the process with no ultimatums or threatening timelines. Smiles and options were the pinnacles of this transaction. Their formula for true success is followed and not just words. As we sat and observed other interchanges we saw the same with others. Actions of GR 101 (Golden Rule) were certainly evident. We would highly recommend this dealership truly believing that the way we were treated was not just our luck, but this is the way they treat every customer. We are relieved that we have found a dealership who values us and whom we can trust. Consequently, we will be returning to the dealership and building a relationship with the service department based on the positive experience we’ve had with this purchase. Thank you to the team.
