After our test drives were complete we decided on our Sorrento. Maria was extremely efficient with getting our paperwork in order and communicating everything to us as we went through the process to apply for financing. Everyone who worked with us was very kind, patient, and helpful. I feel extremely fortunate to have had a knowledgeable sales woman with such wonderful energy and kindness to help us make this experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for us. Despite my attitude, they remained patient and respectful, eventually approaching me again to ask how they could assist. I hesitantly explained my situation. Although I was initially skeptical and dismissive of their suggestions, they showed me a beautiful 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. It was used but in incredible condition. Maria was knowledgeable and patient, offering helpful insights from an empathetic perspective that made me feel truly comfortable.
