Excellent CPO purchase experience This is our 4th BMW purchase and the first time working with George Javier. I must say that this was the absolute best purchasing experience ever!!! I This is our 4th BMW purchase and the first time working with George Javier. I must say that this was the absolute best purchasing experience ever!!! I wished I used him from day one!!! First off Samatha is on his sales team and looks out for the model and color of the vehicle you are looking at. She follows up and is an absolute pleasure to work with. When there is something that fits she sets up the appointment to see the vehicle and George has it ready for a test drive. No valuable time wasted. Once a,test drive is done we sit and chat and negotiate the deal. No pressure, no stories, no games. I then had the pleasure of meeting Hasan Barakat business manager. We reviewed the cost, down payment, trade in and incentives. Told him where I wanted the interest rate and done. We discussed the maintenance and extended warranty and he explained it simply.... and we were done... I only opted for the maintenance and again no presssure no games it was an absolte pleasure....total time 1 hour including test drive... Came in to pick the vehicle up and it was ready as promised, spent 10 minutes signing and reviewing paperwork and then spent time with the genius.... With all the horror stories people have purchasing a pre owned they should really come down to RALLYE BMW and see George... I must add that the reason I decided I had to purchase another BMW from RALLYE is their service dept is exceptional....Beside we just love the brand..... Frank, Dennis, Brandon, Matt Carlson, John, Wiley and the rest of the service staff ALWAYS treat us as a valued client and friend!!!
