My recent service visit that was managed by Conrad Hernandez was a 5+ star experience. Conrad reflects the Vera culture of leaving the dealership happy. My experience with Conrad and his team not only had me leaving me happy, I was ecstatic we coordinated the drop off of my car and pick up of the Vera loaner on my extremely tight schedule.
