I was pleased that Coastal Kia was able to look my car over, and do a system check for issues on 2 different days just to confirm that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They drove it and still co over, and do a system check for issues on 2 different days just to confirm that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They drove it and still couldn't get the issue to mimic what I had experienced. I was nervous because I was driving it to Md the next day - the trip went well with no issues so I hope it was just a fluke with me! They were also kind enough to not charge me since they couldn't locate an issue! More

Very satisfied so far with Coastal KIA and their service Center. While it has only been oil changes and tire rotations so far, the service was quick, the people are nice, the facility is nice. Gary does a great job of keeping his customers updated and following up after service to make sure all is OK. More
