A native of Wilmington, Delaware, I attended Saint Mark's High School and the University of Delaware followed by a program in Arizona for Professional Golf Course Management. After graduation, I returned home to begin my career in the golf industry at Concerd Country Club, but the cold winters quickly had me wanting to return to Arizona where I was an assistant golf professional at The Boulders Club and Resort in Scottsdale. Within 3.5 years I graduated from PGA of America as a Class A Professional. Later, the birth of my daughter would have me, again, return home. I completed my career in golf working for the Golf Channel running amateur tournaments in the Philadelphia region. Certainly, a rewarding and exciting career with the game, and professional customer service! But it was time for something fresh, a new challenge... Car Sales! I look forward to utilizing my 20+ years of customer service working to find you the perfect new car!

Hello Bill, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While it's not favorable, I appreciate your feedback. It will certainly provide me with a fresh outlook to grow as a successful sales consultant for Carman Ford Lincoln. Please allow me to address your concerns regarding our time together at the dealership. Upon your arrival, after listening to your wants and needs and, most importantly, your budget, I took you directly to our more modestly priced vehicles. I knew I didn't have a vehicle that would hit your desired purchase price, but as any professional sales consultant would do, I showed you our current inventory anyway. Who knows, maybe you'd see something you would consider stretching your budget for? After all, stranger things have happened, right? After looking at several cars, we test drove and served figures on the vehicle that you selected, all while knowing the sale price before doing so. We price our pre-owned inventory to fair market value as we would be unable to compete in the current market if we did not. However, when you raised concerns over the sale price, stating we were way over Kelly Blue Book's recommended purchase price, I provided you with a figure lower than recommended by Kelly Blue Book with the addition of applicable taxes and fees. In so doing, we met your desired purchase price and final out the door price. We were not trying to pawn it off on you and am sorry if there was a breakdown in communication. We offered you a very fair deal on the car of your choosing and you are attempting to tarnish the reputation of not only myself, but two other associates who you had absolutely no contact with during your visit. The Carman Auto Group has been in business long before I joined the team. I can assure you that if I was the type of salesman that you describe, I would not be employed for very long. I take immense pride in treating all of my customers equally and with due respect to their budget and vehicle concerns that they present. Again, I appreciate the feedback. However, I don't believe such a negative post is warranted.
