I purchased a 2021 High Country Silverado. I am an out-of-state buyer. The dealership told me how I had to register and insure my vehicle that I would be registering in Pennsylvania. The dealership also informed me that I had to pay PA sales tax to the dealership in which they would return to me, at the time of purchase, in the form of a check. When I went to register the vehicle, the dealership had not given me the correct amount back. When the second check arrived it was still short of what I had to pay in sales tax I'm still waiting for a third check to make this right. At the present date, when I call the dealership and leave a message most of the time no one returns a call. I'm very disappointed in customer service. More
