I came in to DeNooyer on the recommendation of my cousin who purchases all his Vehicles there I was in a sticky situation where my transmission just blew and I owed quite a bit still on the car so I was bet who purchases all his Vehicles there I was in a sticky situation where my transmission just blew and I owed quite a bit still on the car so I was between a rock and a hard place. I sat down with Damien and I never met a more down to earth car salesman in my life I felt completely at ease I never once felt pressured this man actually went out of his way to make sure that I was taking care of and I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness that he showed when I was in a pretty dire situation. The finance manager Mike Sperenza went above and beyond for me and that has never happened in all my times inside a car dealer I normally just get turned away this man was able to work with the bank get me a car which was a huge step up but not over my budget he also guided me with suggestions of how to make my credit even better and that I assure you won't happen anywhere else. Then when I picked up the car Armond Rodriguez was incredibly helpful he went over every single feature on the car we even had a few laughs and he was kind and generous with his time. I usually feel like I want to take a shower every time I leave a car dealership but I cannot express how happy I am with these three gentlemen and what they were willing to do I would recommend them a 10 out of 10 More
