Contacted the dealer for a camaro I found online though edmunds.com. Gene contacted me about the vehicle and sale. Right off the get go wouldn't give me any information I asked about, told me there was edmunds.com. Gene contacted me about the vehicle and sale. Right off the get go wouldn't give me any information I asked about, told me there was a privacy law not allowing him to tell me anything. I looked around on the dealership website and found the carfax THEY provide. Asked questions that were found on the carfax report itself and he still wouldn't give me any information that was in the public report offered on the dealer website. Finally told him I would do some digging on my own to get the information I was looking for. Found the car was in two accidents bad enough to be towed to the dealer then sent out for repair work ( I can only figure so that the repairs didn't get reported). Then next day I brought this up to him and the fact the car was on his lot for over 4 months. I asked for their best price with this information and never heard another peep from him. Stay away from here or at least make sure you dig into the vehicle and tell them you want all the reports you can think of More

Purchased a used Chevy Spark from this dealership. Found out about the car on CarGurus, messaged the dealership, and Gene contacted me within 20 minutes with a thorough and no-nonsense out the door price qu out about the car on CarGurus, messaged the dealership, and Gene contacted me within 20 minutes with a thorough and no-nonsense out the door price quote that accounted for the fact I was purchasing from Virginia. Easily coordinated the visit with Gene, he had the car ready exactly when he said he would and fully charged. No nonsense - he just handed us the keys, asked if we had any questions, and then let us test drive. Exactly the experience we wanted. Price was substantially better than most anything else we saw - it's like the price increases in the used car market didn't even touch this dealership. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Gene. More
