Dwight did good with finding someone to sell a car to. He also informed me of a sale that was going on. It did take us a while to find a car that was a good fit But, with the help of George together w He also informed me of a sale that was going on. It did take us a while to find a car that was a good fit But, with the help of George together we found a car that wasn’t on the lot yet but was what I wanted: good on gas (hybrid.), bright color so others can see me better at night while on the road, light interior for hot Florida sun, and new so there was no preexisting issues. AJ was very helpful. Was very personable and an empathetic person using his own personal experiences to help him relate with the customer. It was my first time buying a car and my first big purchase so it was a lot of learning but overall it was worth it for sure. I have a car I’m content and happy with. Since the car wasn’t on the lot yet it made things different than I’m sure most experiences are and filing for insurance was interesting because it was my first time and also I didn’t have my VIN till I got into the car after waiting around 3 days. overall a decent/good experience took a while to find the right car and one for the budget, had to wait longer than expected to receive the car (but it also wasn’t on the lot and I didn’t need the car asap so it wasn’t that bad.) But the experience got better as it went on. Glad to drive a Toyota that is in my name now. They’re always dependable cars, I’ve never had any issues with one that was new or in the family it’s whole life so long as you take care of it like you’re supposed to and it honestly doesn’t take much to take care of it really. More
