I called and asked if they had a blower motor for my vehicle. They said yes. I brought it in and then was told I need to come back because they need to order the part. I scheduled an appointment and bro vehicle. They said yes. I brought it in and then was told I need to come back because they need to order the part. I scheduled an appointment and brought the vehicle back in and then came back the next day to find out they had not even begun working on the truck. I had to bring it back in a 3rd time as a result of needing the truck for a job. So I brought it back 2 days later, left it for repair over the weekend. Had an employee pick it up and they charged over $1600 without telling me anything about how much the repair would be. This service department is unprofessional and seem to not be very honest. More
