I walked into BCJDR after receiving a solicitation in the mail and was set up with Turgo Topasse, a wonderful man from Haiti! With Haiti being the first to recognize Greece's independence many decades ago, I already had a good feeling about what was to come. After some negotiations and conversations I was put into a brand new 2025 Dodge Durango GT in a color and price that I could not refuse. They also bought me out of my current Ford Explorer and took on the final 5 payments. The next day I went to pick up my new car and was greeted by Sam who immediately put me in connection with Gino Montana who was assigned to complete the transaction that Mr. Topasse and I started the evening before. I have to say that despite being a young man, Mr. Montana was extremely cordial and conversational and made the entire process smooth and quick. After arriving at 11am and meeting with Bobby in finance just an hour later, I was in my new car and on the road back home by 1pm. The process and communication I received at BCJDR was truly very satisfying. I would recommend that anyone with a vehicle need go by there and at least give them an opportunity to see what they can do for you. So far I am very happy with the outcome. I even got a free hat from the front desk manager, Giovanni. LOL. More
