We couldn’t any happier with the service at WandL Subaru. From working with Donna over email to Greg at the dealership they couldn’t have been any better! Our fifth Outback nice reliable cars. We were pricing over internet with local dealer and W&L. We stopped by local dealer to get a trade value. We waited for 45 minutes with no show of our internet sale over internet with local dealer and W&L. We stopped by local dealer to get a trade value. We waited for 45 minutes with no show of our internet salesman who was paiged when we arrived. We decided to leave and drive 35 miles to W&L. We were greeted as soon as we arrived by Greg and he had someone look at our trade. They offered a excellent trade offer, had a car the color we liked. We thought we would have to come back the next day to complete deal since it was getting close to closing time. Greg said we will get things going and hour & half later we were on our way home with our new car. W&L was a nice experience for us, really nice building with no pressure deal. 5 stars is not even close to how many they deserve here. I was pleasantly surprised to look at a new vehicle and actually drive it home the same day! I wasn't expecting to be able to do that. Our salesman was Greg Christine, and we worked with Corey Balliet on actually drive it home the same day! I wasn't expecting to be able to do that. Our salesman was Greg Christine, and we worked with Corey Balliet on financing. They made the car buying experience a great one. They were knowledgeable, friendly but professional, courteous, and seemed to genuinely care about me as a new customer. After my purchase, Greg showed me the Parts Department and the Service Department and waiting area so I'd know where to go for my first service appointment. I was very impressed that W&L gives you a loaner vehicle when yours is there for service or repair. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will highly recommend this dealership. More

Both of the salesmen we worked with were great, not pushy, but very helpful. The associate who showed us how to use everything on the car was very personable, patient and knowledgeable. The finance fel pushy, but very helpful. The associate who showed us how to use everything on the car was very personable, patient and knowledgeable. The finance fellow who did our paperwork was efficient, but I felt he treated our salesman in a demeaning manner. The dealership did not honor a coupon sent to us in email which promised 500.00 off after our best deal was made. They claimed it had already been figured into the deal. That was not what the coupon said. We drove the car the 8 miles home and noticed smoke coming from the engine as we pulled in the drive. We found the oil cap had not been put on properly and had burst off, spewing oil all over the engine. We called our salesman and someone came and got the car with in half an hour. It was fixed, cleaned and back by days end with apologies and gifts from our salesman. I do not blame the mechanic who prepped it, because I know mechanics are rushed form one job to the next by dealerships .Perhaps a second pair of eyes would prevent this type of mistake in the future. I traded in an Outback that I had for 10 years with minimal problems. I hope that this new car is just as reliable and does not become a major expense because of all the bells and whistles they put on cars these days. More
