It’s funny that someone else left a similar review but I’m here to reinforce it. Greg was awful to deal with and I don’t think Subaru would want to be associated with his ability to disrespect and sway aw I’m here to reinforce it. Greg was awful to deal with and I don’t think Subaru would want to be associated with his ability to disrespect and sway away customers. Can’t recommend this dealership while he remains there but Matt Fitzgerald was knowledgeable and professional. Explore your options, there’s plenty of nearby Subaru dealerships. More

After months of research, my wife and I knew that we wanted our first car to be a Subaru, specifically the Forester, Sport trim. With the supply chain issues, other dealerships we spoke to were focu wanted our first car to be a Subaru, specifically the Forester, Sport trim. With the supply chain issues, other dealerships we spoke to were focused on selling us what they have in their inventory and sometimes, did not even seem to want to talk about what we wanted. Our entire experience with the staff at Concordville Subaru has been perfect. Mary and Greg in the sales team were amazing. They worked with me to get me a price that I was happy with. The entire team at Concordville Subaru are not pushy in upselling you dealer add-ons. We felt like their focus was on serving the needs of the customer. Since the initial agreement, we were always updated with the status of delivery, the VIN number of the car and other details. Icing on the cake, the car was delivered before the estimated date. Tim in the finance office was patient with all our questions as we went over the financing paperwork. Our final interaction was with Tony who handed over our car to us and went over all the functions and buttons in the car with us. He was definitely the hero of the day. He did not hurry us through anything but was super patient while answering our questions and even going over features twice. We would definitely recommend Concordville Subaru for your auto needs! Friendly staff, timely communication and customer focused interactions. More
