Our sales person Greg Mirabile was knowledgeable and personable so it made our many questions easy to ask. He was thorough and accurate on all fronts. No matter what accommodations we had asked for he was more than happy to make it happen. He was the best! He made it easy to buy a car. Next encounter we had was with Jim Lewis. He also was personable (obviously a trait of this business and a good one at that) and quite knowledge. He led us step by step through the financing and was upright and honest regarding the possible plans that were being offered. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who introduced Greg Mirabile to us as our sales consultant. Greg was super easy to talk to and very patient with us. Mara Russell completed the paperwork with us. She, also, was very friendly and knowledgeable. A few hours after arriving, we became the proud owners of a Lincoln MKX. Even better, it was ready for us to pick up by noon on Monday, registered, with plates and spotless. Once again, Greg spent time with me to go over every feature in the car. His knowledge of the Lincoln brand helped make this very easy to understand. Overall, an extremely positive experience! The best I’ve had when purchasing a car. After speaking to Alice and Jillian who kept in constant contact with me in regard to my pre-visit questions I drove three hours to see the 2015 MKX (waited patiently/impatiently to know if it sold the night before). Both ladies did a fantastic job With customer service. I’m in sales and understand the value of having someone answer your questions at the time the questions are being asked. The car was as clean as the pictures and drove like a dream! Greg and I spent a lot of time talking about the car during my test drive benefits of ownership in regard to the CPO warranty and when it came time to do the deal both he and Doug made every effort to have a stress free purchase. The whole team treated me great! They even delivered my car to me two days later and three hours away! My suggestion is if you are looking for a certified preowned car, know they did their homework on the car before bringing it to the dealership and putting their name on it! So, if you are thinking you want to look around for something better you may lose out on the car you want!! My car kicks butt and I love it! I will definitely be calling the dealership back when it’s time to buy another Lincoln!!! I am a Lincoln owner for life! (met Greg when I was window shopping for cars back in 2015). Jump to 2018 and I bought a CPO 2015 Lincoln MKS Hybrid from Greg Mirabile, it was an enjoyable experience. Each person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Greg was there to assist me in making my choice, not pushing for a decision. Very friendly and attentive. Once I decided to purchase the car, the process went smoothly (Thank you James). I thought I would have to drive back home to pick it up and drive back to the dealer, but instead he offered to follow us to our home to exchange the dealerships plates to ours. And, that is exactly what we did. Wow, talk about amazing customer service!!! There was no hassle, pressure, or slick sale gimmicks. I told him exactly what my wife and I wanted and he got it done! We felt peace of mind driving off the lot. We will most definitely be back, and highly recommend this dealership to our friends, family, and any other potential buyers.
