They worked with us even when we showed up last minute. I stopped in on my lunch hour to test drive a truck. They were more than helpful to get me a test drive, even on my lunch hour. Fair price and great customer service! It is difficult to find honest salesmen who follow through and don’t push you into a sale. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Shields because of It is difficult to find honest salesmen who follow through and don’t push you into a sale. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Shields because of this. Now I even have my family coming over to Rantoul Shields just because of the Ford brand and the customer service. Mark Keyes is second to none when it comes to follow through and listening to the needs / wants of the customer. I came back to Shields after totaling my car. Teresa from the business office helped me with gap insurance claim process. This was above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you all at Shields!!! More

Second generation customers My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Shields over the past 20 years. I will say my daughter and I spwnt the weekend looking at a lot of cars at several dealerships, as she was looking for a used vehicle within a specific price range. After the experience of looking at other dealerships and private sales, we'll never look elsewhere again. Shields has the best price, quality vehicles and financing around!
