My only complaint would be the changing of the trade in value between the visit that I put the hold on the vehicle and the time the vehicle arrived. I was told it was $500 less now because of the 3 weeks d value between the visit that I put the hold on the vehicle and the time the vehicle arrived. I was told it was $500 less now because of the 3 weeks difference. You did not have a Forester Wilderness on the lot at the time and the shipment date was much later then I was originally told therefore making it not my fault of the supposed devaluing of my trade in. My car was not driven again and I was given no other explanation then the 3 ish weeks the car mysteriously was $500 less. I didn’t press the issue and maybe I should have but this seemed extremely dishonest to me. More
