I'm retired and on a very strict budget. I arrived at the dealership and was immediately greeted by a super friendly salesman (Chris). He went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable an I arrived at the dealership and was immediately greeted by a super friendly salesman (Chris). He went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable and to ease my stress over having to buy a newer car as my little truck is no longer reliable. After a test drive of a Forte I decided the final price would be out of my budget. Chris got a higher up ( I believe his name is Uber) to come and help. They both sat down with me and helped me look over options for a CPO car. We ended up finding a 2020 Soul with very low miles that I could afford a service plan and warranty on. I feel like no other dealership would have tried as hard to emphasize with my needs and budget limitations. GREAT JOB!!!! More

The wait was as expected. It was 2 free recall repairs and took approximately 2 hours. Service staff were friendly. However, they broke my car key assembly even after I warn It was 2 free recall repairs and took approximately 2 hours. Service staff were friendly. However, they broke my car key assembly even after I warned them it was jiggly and that they should handle it with care. That is why I did not give 5 stars. It was reassembled but did not work well and fell apart after getting home. The floor mgr. "GQ" was exceptionally affable! Just got a good vibe. Nice fellow. The sales guy, "Steve", pushed a little more than was welcome and wanted to go head to head with my husband on numbers, rates, engine knowledge, a bit too much. He's called twice since and I've said we are just not ready to buy yet. We were looking at a Kia Soul 2024. I currently have a 2011 that I am very happy with. More
