Guillermo is a great Service Writer. I feel that he honest and he delivers on what he promised. It takes time to explain things to me, and I feel confident that I’m not being swindle. I I feel that he honest and he delivers on what he promised. It takes time to explain things to me, and I feel confident that I’m not being swindle. I feel that he does what he can to keep the customer happy. I just don’t like the car wash service you guys offer. Sometimes I feel that there’s a rush job at the end and there’s always watermark on the windows and even on the body panels. I think there’s room for improvement. But the Service Writer Guillermo I feel that he goes out of his way to make sure that the client is happy. More

My car was left at in the morning at 6:30 am. I was told it would take around 2 hours. I called at 11am and was told the tech advisor was busy. Then left messages. Called 3 other times and the ma I was told it would take around 2 hours. I called at 11am and was told the tech advisor was busy. Then left messages. Called 3 other times and the manager was too busy. Eventually I went to pick up my car without receiving a call at 3:30 pm. Was told by the manager that I should’ve gotten a call. And I finally walked out with my car at around 3:50p. I was disappointed with the time management but the manager made up for it by comping the bill. I appreciate that. Thank you Guillermo More
