They’re so busy I never felt my purchase was important enough for them. Even though i was PAYING CASH. Nick was awesome he personally delivered our Lexus. The finance manager (Todd) didn’t even tell me who he was...like pulling teeth. 👎🏾 Gus (customer service manager) was enthusiastic. The girls answering the phone don’t know the difference between Customer service and Service the Service Department. Learn your job! A few of the. people answering the phone should be running the show down there, very professional and attentive to what I needed. Infiniti of Stuart was totally opposite when I bought my QX60 from them. They were very personal throughout the transaction, not just another number. If you’re OK with always being put on hold and rerouted then Lexus North Miami is the place for you. If I’m paying over $40,000 of hard earned cash, I expect more, not we are busy so sit down until we get to you. I get it, I’m very busy too but I would never treat my patients like I was treated at Lexus North Miami. More
