Our previous car was totaled a week before we went to the dealership - as we had seen a very suitable and beautiful car on the internet. Jeff KNEW we were against the wall and had to purchase a vehicle from someone. He had the upper hand - no doubt at all; but still did not abuse that privilege. There was a scratch on the car and he bought us the exact paint pen to fix it up. They also bought us new, weather tech floor mats as a gift of purchase. Who does that anymore? We also had cash to put down and he didn’t want to even take it all - as he said 1/5 of what I had was enough - but he listened to me and took what we wanted to put down. They had other ppl interested in this vehicle - and could have easily sold it before we returned with the balance- as the weekend was coming near. We will definitely work with Jeff and his team again - as it truly seemed like family. I felt like I had a guardian angels. More
