He had it ready, charged, and pricing info based on discounts we might be eligible for all in hand when we arrived. Along with the finance team we worked to get a purchase agreement finalized and took the car home the same day. Joey made sure we were satisfied with a bit of buffing work that needed to be done on a scratch. He also made sure we were set up with OnStar and familiar with "features new to us" on the vehicle.
