AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICR Michael Longstaff was who the internet manager gave my inquiry to and I am so happy he did! Michael was very personable and did everything he could to help me into a subprime loan. He was honest and didn't treat me poorly because I was subprime. He worked hard and told me exactly what he needed to from me and best of all, he gave me his cell phone number so he was easy to contact since I work nights. I would send him a text and get a response in minutes. Do I recommend him? I drove from Ann Arbor to Auburn Hills and would do it again. So without a doubt I would come back. The best part? I won't need to come back to pick up my new car, he had it ready for me. The whole process was quick, easy, and painless if you don't count the money out of my account for a down payment. Michael was in a meeting when I came in and I sat and chatted with David Lee until Michael came out. Do visit anyone here. They're amazing! More
