I recently bought a used car from Manly Honda. A couple weeks later I noticed a noise. I brought it into the Manly service center to be checked. Service Department needs some process improvements. Failed to have the required parts for recall work for appointment made over week in advance. I showed up and had to reschedule. Staff seemed to know this is an ongoing issue not an anomaly. Then on return visit, they removed child car seats and didn't put them back and never mentioned it. Also failed to sufficiently fill tires resulting in low pressure light 3 days after visit. They wasted about 3 hours of my time with all of these issues. I like the sales dept. but the service dept. needs work. More
