I was disappointed when I didn't hear back that the part I needed for my repair hadn't even arrived. I was expecting to get my car in the afternoon, and I had to call myself to ask for an update to find out I needed for my repair hadn't even arrived. I was expecting to get my car in the afternoon, and I had to call myself to ask for an update to find out the part hadn't arrived. I also was disappointed that I had to pay $10 for an uber instead of use a complimentary shuttle like at other Hondas. But I was able to connect with the Manly team and they resolved the issue. Appreciate the follow up customer service. More
