He was very attentive from the moment we arrived until we drove off the lot. He never pressured and was honest and respectful throughout our dealings. Even the process of arriving at a final price was quite reasonable. The price we received was certainly fair. Tom Arsegian in Finance was humorous, yet professional. The very knowledgeable Samantha Elias was a pleasure. I expect to be a repeat customer. More

Homero did all he could to make our lease possible. He not only was friendly and personable, but also efficient and knowledgeable of the whole process. When he knew that the car was not going to be ready at 10 am as promised due to some issue with the registration, he called me up at home to tell be about the situation and give me the option of either going to pick up car at 10 and have to return to dealer to register it or then go a little later that day and pick up the car already registered. This was very thoughtful of him. When I went to pickup the car, Homero was wiping down the car again because of the pollen and he wanted to make sure it was spotless inside and out. He was a polite young man and made the whole process a positive experience. I will recommend not only Herb Chambers Seekonk, but also Homero to my relatives and friends interested in buying or leasing a car. More

I needed a replacement car for an old toyota corolla. chose Herb Chambers dealership because of previous excellent experiences with service department. In particular, Tim Islip in the service department chose Herb Chambers dealership because of previous excellent experiences with service department. In particular, Tim Islip in the service department has been great to work with. I have other cars and have dealt with Toyota and VW service departments and get frustrated with inconsistency and dishonesty. Tim and other service department employees at Herb Chambers always make sure I understand what is needed, and work with me to make sure my car is safe and well maintained. I never feel taken advantage of at Herb Chambers. Regarding Sales, I worked with Homero Lima. He was wonderful, patient and helpful as I went through the process of deciding which car to buy. I ended up with a new CRV and I love it. This was not an emergency purchase, but because Homero was willing to work with me in a low pressure way, I was able to relax and make an educated purchase and feel good about it. I was also impressed with Scott Birtles, the general manager, who recognized me by name and made me feel very comfortable. I will be a continued customer of this dealership, and will be back when my other CRV is ready for trade in...currently at 160,000 miles and running great!!! More
