The overall buying experience was straightforward. We did not finance the vehicle, but the finance gentleman was not overly pushy about the add-on insurances. The complete process was easier than I expected. There was a small issue with lack of response to a text and a voicemail over a two day period. But we did receive a call back after the second voicemail on the third day. I would recommend Northside to my friends. More

Yes, I went into Northside dealership today and was looking at a new NX. What are they called NX once 250s anyhow dealt with Hunter he showed me the technology that these cars have is unbelievable.
