I accepted a deal to trade my vehicle, but it was nearly $1000 less than KBB told me when they sent me to Jim Butler. Very disappointing for sure. Overall I was happy with the experience until closing with Wendy who, in my opinion, would benefit from receiving additional customer service training. More

Purchased a used 2022 car (with only 9,900 miles) and dealt with the usual antiquated sales schtick (e.g.. “Let me talk to my boss. I’ll try and get you the best deal..blah, blah.”). After 2+ hours of ba dealt with the usual antiquated sales schtick (e.g.. “Let me talk to my boss. I’ll try and get you the best deal..blah, blah.”). After 2+ hours of back-and-forth nonsense, we buy the car. However, we noticed the rear tire had a spare donut on it. Our sales guy, Ian, said they’d replace it, but the tire was on order. After a week, they replace the tire (awesome) and we drive up to get the car. As we get home, I notice the car is out of windshield wiper fluid. I pour the fluid in and it goes start to the ground. Straight. Through. Did no one check this before putting it out for sale? We then drive it to get gas and the low tire sensor comes on, but all the tires are filled perfectly. Ok, faulty sensor. It happens. We get home and I text Ian. He says to bring it back up, and then tells me everything will be fixed in a week. Another week goes by. Nothing. A couple days later, Ian says it’s all fixed. We get to the dealership, Ian tells me the windshield fluid part has to be ordered. Wait, I thought you said it was fixed?!? He said the part will be there in a week. It’s been 2 weeks and we’re still getting nowhere fast. Ian tells us to call the parts manager. After several calling attempts + left messages to/for the parts manager, we’ve heard nothing. Absolutely nothing. I have no idea if the part is even in. No one is telling us anything. It’s been a very, very frustrating experience that really could have been mitigated by just being honest and upfront with your customer. Just be transparent and communicate. I get that parts take time to order, but follow through on your sale to the end. Stop acting as if we’re bothering you and we’re the problem. We just want the issue fixed. That’s it. More

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Jim Butler. I let our salesman Ian Jackson know the type of car we were looking for and our price range, and he immediately got to work finding the perfect car I let our salesman Ian Jackson know the type of car we were looking for and our price range, and he immediately got to work finding the perfect car for us. We appreciated the casual atmosphere of Jim Butler; no "high pressure" sales going on here. Ian was the consummate professional. He asked about our needs and took care of fulfilling them. We had a wonderful experience with Jim Butler- from sales to financing. I would recommend the company and especially our salesman, Ian Jackson, to anyone looking for a car. More
