Leased 2 vehicles Ian the sales rep was great. He wasn’t pushy at all. Expected negotiation tactics amongst the 2 managers involved in finalizing the deal but ultimat Ian the sales rep was great. He wasn’t pushy at all. Expected negotiation tactics amongst the 2 managers involved in finalizing the deal but ultimately got a great deal on a CLA and C300. Only downside is there was a cracked plastic piece that was overlooked on my wife’s car and a plastic part on my trunk cracked only a few days later but they are supposed to be getting these issues resolved for me. More
