After having my vehicle for a month it was in the shop because of the check engine light coming on. My vehicle was returned to me in one day and in less than 24 hours, the light was back on. His quality customer service, calming demeanor, and assurance the service department was capable of properly serving and diagnosing my car was the only reason I returned my vehicle to Big Start for a second opportunity!
