He is kind, patient, professional, and helped keep our three kids comfortable and happy while we signed paperwork. I started my search at the Toyota dealership and especially appreciated working with Khara Mejia and Mark Alfaro. I then went to the Subaru dealership, where Julio Valdes showed me the various Subaru models, took me on a test drive and helped me select the automobile that I eventually purchased. Unfortunately, Julio was not able to meet me the following evening when I came in to sign the paperwork however I appreciated how he worked with JD to have everything ready for me to finalize he purchase when i arrived. They sold me a lovely vehicle at a fair price, gave me a competitive price for my trade, and didn’t waste my time with the back and forth “let me go check with my manager” bit. Everyone I encountered was kind, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. No pressure, no hassle, no runaround. These folks are doing car sales correctly. Shout out to JD who took care of my sale in person and Ahmad who got me all set up via email before I came in. More

My only complaint would be when I opened the hood and the trunk, there were small pine needles all over. It was washed on the exterior but for a brand new car purchase it should be spotless.
