Over the phone good/In person not prepared I was recommended to this dealership via True Car. After being contacted I was connected to a salesman to start to find the vehicle I was looking for I was recommended to this dealership via True Car. After being contacted I was connected to a salesman to start to find the vehicle I was looking for. I didn't live close by so the salesman acted on faith and began hunting for the VW Atlas I was looking for because the dealership didn't have the vehicle I wanted. After a day or so they told me they find the car that fitted my requests and we began to talk numbers. Then I was told that the vehicle couldn't be sold to me because it was a "demo" a.k.a used for the owners wife. Then they found another car and would the next day the same thing another "demo" vehicle. Finally they dealer find a non demo Atlas and had it shipped to the dealership. Once it arrived on Thursday I made plans to head to the dealership Saturday morning to complete the purchase. When I arrived Saturday morning and meet my salesman, he stated he already had the temp tag made up and ready to go. When he handed me the buyer's tag receipt it had the wrong address, wrong state, and zip. Then they made a new one and the address was still wrong, but this time they got the state and zip right. Finally, I got into the Finance managers office and they tried telling me I had to fill out a credit app because it state policy, even though I already had my approval. Once that was completed we started moving through the rest of the paperwork when I realized that the carafe report they were trying to give me was for the wrong vehicle. It was a cluster all around. Typically car dealership games. However, Julio Salazar did a great job showing all the features of the vehicle and was very knowledgeable of the product. More
