I had a 2015 Nissan rogue that I told old and I was in contact with Loki Nissan and Dino and chancy for a few weeks before I purchased the new vehicle. So they knew I needed a good reliable vehicle for wo contact with Loki Nissan and Dino and chancy for a few weeks before I purchased the new vehicle. So they knew I needed a good reliable vehicle for work I made sure that was clear I still have all the text messages. Well come to find out the 2019 GMC terrain that they sold me has a huge crack in the transmission. They never disclosed it to me I took it to three different mechanics and all three mechanics said the crack in my transmission cannot be just 2 months old every single mechanic said that there was no way that crack wasn't there before I purchased the vehicle. All three mechanics also stayed at the cracks at least 6 to 8 months old. Also I wasn't even going to purchase the vehicle without a powertrain warranty I was told by Dino Vassos quote on quote let me take care of you and I assumed that he put in the powertrain warranty being during the recording they had a warranty package in there while the warranty package was a manufacturer warranty not a powertrain warranty so I was lied to and misled about that I was coached into not asking questions in the recording as well. I feel like they knew what was going on the whole time because I kept asking to look at another vehicle but they ignored me and quote on quote what kept saying let me just take care of you I'll make sure you have a reliable vehicle. Well now I have to pay $4,000 for a new transmission. That is not taken care of a customer. I would never purchase a vehicle from this company ever again in my life. I also see that there are other complaints about this from other customers on the reviews as well. I filed complaints through FTC the highway safety control and I'm going to keep going until this is resolved because like I said they knew that I needed a reliable vehicle they knew my situation they knew I had a family yet I get sold a car that has pre-existing damage without my knowledge. I was sold a warranty that I didn't even want the warranty only covers oil changes and fluid changes when I have free oil changes from Loki Nissan why would I want to buy that when I get it free??? That's why I feel like they coached me into not asking questions because they made sure when I went in that recording room that everything was taken care of. Yeah they were just trying to get me out of there cuz they knew as soon as I left that lot with the vehicle that they were in the clear. But I'm not letting this go. I will speak to the news if I have to and I'll definitely do what I need to do so that Loki Nissan fixes this problem being they knew my situation before I bought the vehicle. More
