Great used car buying experience. My wife and I dropped in to check out a used truck we had seen on the web. The vehicle was everything we were looking for in a truck. We were not pressured in any way during the entire car purchase and Joe treated us like valued customers. It was very nice not to have to fight the dealership! The finance person assigned to us was Jack and he did everything possible to get us the best financing possible. Very much appreciated! We will be back for our next purchase! I told Joe on the way out after the purchase that my wife and I really appreciated not getting pounced on by the salespeople pressuring us to purchase a car. Best car buying experience ever at any car dealership! When my husband and I set out one late Saturday evening to look at cars, we never dreamed we would run into such an awesome salesperson as Doreen Bain When my husband and I set out one late Saturday evening to look at cars, we never dreamed we would run into such an awesome salesperson as Doreen Bainbridge. We went to Five Star Ford just to see what they had, and as we drove through the lot we just happened to ask Doreen where we could find the Ford Tauruses. She was busy with another customer at the time, but said she would be right with us to show us what she had. As she showed us around, Doreen was very friendly and outgoing but never pushy or overbearing. Within minutes she had us sold on a car that was exactly what we wanted. We followed through with the paperwork that next Monday morning, and that too was a smooth, hassle-free process that included an excellent price on our trade-in. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful black Ford Taurus with floor mats and touch-up paint that were compliments of Doreen. Our purchasing process with Doreen Bainbridge at Five Star Ford has been the best car buying experience we have ever had at any car dealership. We not only had an awesome salesperson who made our purchasing experience a great one, we have gained a trusted friend whom we would definitely buy from again.
