Stress free and comfortable! Buying my new Subaru Forester was comfortable and stress free. I wanted to trade-in my Impreza for a Forester but was hesitant in coming to Tucson Sub Buying my new Subaru Forester was comfortable and stress free. I wanted to trade-in my Impreza for a Forester but was hesitant in coming to Tucson Subaru because I had purchased my car in another city and wasn't sure if I should go back there to do it with the previous salesman.To my surprise, Jack McVey was so patient and understanding, he listened to what I wanted and he took his time to go over all my options. He spent a great deal of time making sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle. I was so impressed, I am recommending Tucson Subaru to my family and friends. Thank you Jack! More

Purchased a 4 year old used car with 33k miles on it from them. The day I drove it off of the lot the radio screen went out, I waited a day to see if it would come back and it did not. I drove it back to the lot and showed them, the salesman poked it for a bit and said I should buy a new radio because they were not interested in doing anything about it. I then decided to change the engine air filter. Glad I did because it had to have been original and was black and plugged up. If they cant be bothered to even check the air filter, then I have zero hope that the oil was checked either, never mind changed. Their used car inspection is non existent, or lacks very basic things. I have had better customer service at the small used dealers around town. If you're expecting premium service for that premium price, you wont get it here. Absoluttly Unethical! Immediately after leaving this review I was contacted by management at Subaru. They were concerned about the air filter and only the air filter. They wanted me to do them a favor and go completely out of my way to give them the filter so they could deal with the 3rd party they have inspect and condition their used cars. Not once was I offered anything, I had to ask they they perform the used car inspection because it was clearly not done when I purchased the car. Long story shorter. I asked for them to inspect the car, they promised to have it done in an hour, they didnt get it done in 4 and I walked out with a cabin air filter I still had to install. None of my concerns were addressed when I pointed out damage on the undercarriage of the vehicle I didn't see before purchasing the vehicle. More

But they had 2,500 added reconditioning fee. We were never pressured or rushed to buy a car like other dealerships do. Tucson Subaru is a great dealership to buy a car from with honest people. More

Good! I don't like any kind of shopping, but least of all shopping for cars. Past experiences have resulted in hard-core sales staff who made for miserable I don't like any kind of shopping, but least of all shopping for cars. Past experiences have resulted in hard-core sales staff who made for miserable exchanges. I didn't visit today expecting to purchase, just to be informed as I prepare to purchase. But, I fully expected to be pressured to buy just the same. I was so pleasantly surprised by Jack's easy going, gentle style that I found myself very comfortable with the entire experience. It was he who moved us from one stage to the next (looking to informing to driving to calculating) yet in such a way that it was very natural. The truth is that I want very much to buy a car with Jack's help and I plan to return to do so when I have the funds. I think he's very respectful and he treated me with a high degree of integrity.
