This review is for Byron Kitchen, he is genuinely a fantastic person. He was willing to listen and help us get through purchasing a used Kia Soul. The car is in fantastic shape. We were here to see a different car but it wasn't to our specifications. He assisted in every way he could. Being patient with other customers while still assisting us in as timely a manner as he could. If and when I am ready to buy another new car I am hoping he is available. More

Summitplace Kia has the most dependable sales and service teams. Byron sold me my vehicle when I had little to work with and not the greatest credit score. He has continued to follow up on any concerns I’ve had. I feel blessed to have run into Dom as well who not only answered my refinance questions but dealt with some of the more challenging concerns I had about my car and all of its functions. He was very reliable and understanding when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Once, I was having trouble figuring out some of the features of my vehicle and he was very quick to put my mind at ease as he expedited to a solution for my predicament. The service team here is outstanding and has taken care of my flat tires in a speedy and convenient manner. Highly Recommend this location to purchase a vehicle. More
