I haven't purchased a "new" new car in 40 years. I have purchased two used Lexus' (just off-lease) in that time. So the time had come to buy a "new" new Lexus hybrid. Online searches found me two 2026 NX350h's I was interested in. The two competing dealers were incentivized at the year-end to make me a deal. I was fortunate to have Lexus of Chattanooga win that bidding war for my business. A shout-out to Sales Associate, Mr. Travis Hardin, for answering my calls and texts promptly and professionally. He also engaged a Finance Manager, Josiah Sadek, to consider my offer. I traveled 403 miles from Lower Alabama to meet them all and sign a deal with Finance Manager, Justin Hendrick. I was tutored in the intricacies of the onboard display and safety features by a very capable (and patient) Technology Specialist named Jackson.
