I purchased my second Hyundai within the last 4 months and had a wonderful experience at Tustin Hyundai. I had worked previously with Jacob O’Neil when trying to purchase my first car in May with the Cost and had a wonderful experience at Tustin Hyundai. I had worked previously with Jacob O’Neil when trying to purchase my first car in May with the Costco program. He was helpful, in no way overbearing, and understood when I purchased elsewhere only due to lack of inventory at TH. This time I reached out to him directly to explore options for my daughter. Again he was helpful and kind and found us the perfect car for her. I was able to complete my credit app online and had an amazingly quick experience once I arrived to complete the paperwork and take delivery. I also had a great experience with Sheryl Storey, the Finance Director, when signing all final papers. She was also kind and not pushy or rude in any way. I had a fairly good experience at another dealership in May, but this experience was even that much better! I appreciated how quickly I was in and out, and my daughter driving home in her beautiful new car. Thanks for a great overall experience! More

We had a very good experience with Rooben and Jacob. Rooben showed us the Electric Kona and got the vehicle for us to test drive it. After we each test drove the Kona, as one of us was with our 14 month Rooben showed us the Electric Kona and got the vehicle for us to test drive it. After we each test drove the Kona, as one of us was with our 14 month old, we had some questions about it and Robeen knew the answers to all of them. Even when Rooben was with another customer he was polite and helpful and had Jacob help us with our sale. Jacob was very straightforward and honest we felt with our trade-in. I didn't feel pressured and we were given time to think it over and make a decision without pressure. Jacob was very patient with us as our 14 month old daughter squirted food all over his desk, not once, but three times, I'm very appreciative of that and while the whole car buying process does take a long time we felt good with our purchase of the Hyundai Kona electric. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
