A neighboring town had a 3 hour public service demo on electric and hybrid car. A young man , Jacob, walked us thru the process of hybrid cars. He basically made the sale and recommended we go to our sale electric and hybrid car. A young man , Jacob, walked us thru the process of hybrid cars. He basically made the sale and recommended we go to our salesperson we had used before, Ali Kamal. Ali, as always brought us through the process as he does so well. We settled on a Prius Prime which we bought today. Because we have been long term Toyota owners we know that the service is great and Ali is always cheerful and helpful to answer any questions m we have in the future. More

I had the pleasure of working with Jake Smith at Handy Toyota. He was so knowledgeable and easy to work with it made it the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! By the end of the sale I was Toyota. He was so knowledgeable and easy to work with it made it the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! By the end of the sale I was calling him the "Tacoma King" because he knew more about the truck than the person that designed it. I also worked with Eric McLaren, Jamie Shea, and Adam Luneau and every one of them were really helpful in explaining all my options to me. The way that Handy Toyota bends over backwards to go the extra mile was refreshing, and will keep me there as a customer for a long haul. Thank you to everyone at Handy's for making this the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! More

Jacob Smith was super helpful in getting my new phone synced up with my car. I purchased my car from him years ago, but he was still available to help me with my phone and car system where Verizon was n synced up with my car. Jacob was really helpful and patient in helping me pick the right vehicle for me. He is quite knowledgeable about hybrids and always made himself available; I never felt pressured. We are very happy with Handy Toyota and Jacob Smith! We when in after receiving an email from Jacob to “shop around” since we were a few months out from the end of our lease for our current Highlander. Little did we know we’d be signing for a new Highlander Hybrid before we left! A very professional sales department makes it very easy to buy from them. Just had a great experience with Jacob Smith and team at Handy Toyota! Ive been leasing for 15+ years but first time with Handy. Jacob was sensitive to my Covid concerns and made me very comfortable. He was honest, courteous and was fully knowledgeable about all of the new features on all the vehicles and able to explain them to me which took a lot of patience ! He showed me several vehicles and never pressured me. After several visits accommodating my schedule, and his team finding me discounts, I drove home with beautiful 2021 Venza. Also looking forward to working with the Service Dept. Everyone was super nice and professional ! More
