I brought my vehicle to this shop at a trusted recommendation after my engine seized and the starter was visibly smoking. Jae, the service advisor, provided excellent customer service; he was responsive, thorough, and gave accurate quotes. He quickly arranged a loaner vehicle, which was much appreciated. However, the quality of the technical work was substandard. Upon picking up my car after the engine replacement, I immediately noticed new issues: the AC wasn't working and the engine sputtered upon starting. I returned the car the same day. It turned out an AC connection was left loose, and the mechanics had failed to diagnose the original, smoking starter issue—despite having to jump-start the car to return it to me (which was not disclosed). Even after the starter was replaced, the quality issues persisted. A few days later, took my car to my my usual shop for a break service. They discovered that key engine hoses were not properly connected and several screws were missing or loose, requiring further repairs. While the advisor service was great, the technician's lack of attention to detail and failure to perform proper quality control checks resulted in multiple return visits and safety concerns. For a dealership's premium pricing, I expected superior, competent service the first time around. More

I came for installation of tow hitch, pre arrange through the dealership's website. When I came with the printed pricing, the service advisor told me right away that he wouldn't be able to give it to me at t the dealership's website. He said no right away, did not go an extra mile to find out what he may be able to do or bother to explain why he can't honor that advertised pricing. Your service advisor should always be positive and reassuring with the customer. Not bluntly just saying no. It's so upsetting and disappointed. More
