While everyone we worked with was friendly, the time to complete the process was quite extensive and we were pushed to purchase multiple services we declined multiple times. While I understand the job of a car dealership is to sell cars and services, it felt excessive for services to be pushed on us multiple times. The financial reps I worked with at the end were pleasant, but the delivery of information felt disingenuous and scripted in a way to push the sale. More
