Friendly, polite, helpful salesmen. Willing to work with us. Overall, we had a good experience. Our salesman, Lennon was great. He went the extra mile to find us what we wanted and gave us a very good price...fi Overall, we had a good experience. Our salesman, Lennon was great. He went the extra mile to find us what we wanted and gave us a very good price...finally! It was a long process, and we had to wait quite a bit during negotiations, but they worked with us overall. The only minus was when we went back the next day to pick it up, we were made to wait 35 minutes beyond our app't time to see the finance man, only to be told they couldn't accept our check because it wasn't made out to them (our fault), but it would have been nice to know that right away, so we could have driven back and corrected it sooner. We also found him to be much less friendly than the other two. More

Our search for a new vehicle became a pleasure from that point on. We are completely satisfied with our 2017 Pilot and Dan proved to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We also met Jason Porreco and were impressed with him as well. Matt Till helped us with our trade-in and Jamar Gregory got us a great rate on the financing. Bianchi Honda is a great team. More
