Over inflated tires by 6 PSI,no brake inspection! After oil change,I had to bring my car back in cause tire rotation was’nt done as requested. . (Jose Jijon-Gaspar was the technician) .Called to address the tire pressure issue with JIm and he just laughed and brushed me off! Called Jeff Krasner
to further address the issues and he expressed no concern whatsoever by a don’t care attitude, getting rushed off the phone and practically hung up on! That’s very poor customer service! Rude as well! They show no concern for customers needs as they advertise! Made no effort to make things right! Very poor experience. I’ll take my oil change business elsewhere. I will not do business with Herb Chambers Toyota ever again.
