service and sales departments, I give up. Among other repairs they recommended, the removal of rusted rear suspension parts to align the rear end would cost $1400. So they get my car. After getting a call the car was all set. I return to the dealership to be told, gee, we couldn't align the rear end. Maybe it's a bent rear strut. This after my radiator mysteriously failed during a previous visit even though it was fine the previous night. That only cost $700. I can't describe the relief I felt when looking at their contact on my cell I selected, "Send to trash".
