James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible. Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”. Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

My husband and I just purchased a beautiful 2021 Honda Pilot. James did an outstanding job! He brought the two vehicles we were interested inside, out of the cold, for us to look at. He was very personable, very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased, an vehicles we were interested inside, out of the cold, for us to look at. Also, James made sure the vehicle was inside for us when we picked it up from Heiser. I did think the additional warranty offered by financing was "pushed" to much. More

Initially, my wife and I were leery to do our used car shopping at a dealer. We had purchased our last vehicle at a dealer and were not impressed with the service once we drove it off the lot. At Heiser Toyota we felt taken care of every step of the way. Our salesperson was helpful and didn’t make us feel pressured in any way. They shot us straight when inquiring about vehicle history and our options for inspections. They also took care of shopping around lenders/credit unions to find us the best financing rates. Overall, strongly recommend!! More
