Walk in on Saturday the 29th of August and the dealership was extremely busy. We purchased our vehicle and was told it wouldn’t be that long of a wait! Well the wait was extremely long but worth it in the en was extremely busy. We purchased our vehicle and was told it wouldn’t be that long of a wait! Well the wait was extremely long but worth it in the end! The Business manager Jim Lewis was extremely informative! He did not try to rush us out to get to the next customer, he took his time and patiently answered all of our questions. He even helped us pick the right protections to make sure our new Lincoln would be covered. In the end our long wait paid off, we now have a beautiful Lincoln that is covered for the next 7 years and we have Jim to thank for that! If you want to be treated fairly and not get taking advantage of, make sure you ask for Jim Lewis, he is very genuine and truly looks out for his customers! He didn’t try to sell us the garbage that most dealers shove down your throat, he had differnet packages that covered us in different ways, he didn’t try to sell us something that we would never use! So Jim, thank you again and hope to see you again on our next Lincoln (Navigator) haha, in our dreams right! More

However, an unexpected tremendous value, that far exceeded my expectations, was the customer service of Mara Russell - Sales Business Manager and Jim Lewis -Finance Business Manager, they both guided us to the right decisions for Aviator option package selections and warranties options with NO PRESSURE. They shared excellent knowledge on what we needed to understand. We were just so impressed to feel good about the entire purchasing process, simply amazing. Also, their availability after the sale for follow up questions has been the most timely and complete customer service I have ever received in all my purchases .... bar none. I would highly recommend this dealership for a A+++ Customer Experience. More
