Robert Clark was excellent to work with. Kind, calm, friendly, an active & engaged listener. I had an unexpected (very stressful) issue the rendered my car dead in the drive way. I had it towed to the dealership and Robert coordinated my getting a rental from Enterprise. While waiting for my Enterprise pickup Bill Owen (sales) had heard I was in and reassured me the everything would be okay with the car and I was in good hands with Robert. The issue (a recall- shifter cable) and fixed in 4 days. Every interaction with Robert was pleasant and reassuring. Returning the rental to the dealership & picking up my car was very easy. Robert Clark was excellent. Working with him I received the 5 Star customer service experience. I hope Herb Chambers Lincoln knows what a treasure the have in Robert Clark. More
