The service department doesn’t know what they are doing! The plug your car and if it says nothing is wrong they don’t know how to troubleshoot the problem! I haa a ve had the car since August 3021 and never have seen this or felt the heat go cold but they are telling it normal! I’m so disappointed in the service I have received! Someone should do something about this! More
